The Digitize Mark VI AM receiver is a crystal controlled receiver/tone decoder which operates on either 72-76 MHz or 132-175 MHz. Frequencies in the 72-76 range are dip-switch selectable. You may order the 72-76 MHz or a single frequency between 132-174 MHz. Typical receiver sensitivity is in the range of -121 to -125 dB.

The radio tone decoder converts the analog radio signal into a digital signal for transmission to the Radio Box Interface card for processing by the System 3505 Prism Lx™.

The Mark VI receiver features an integrated speaker with volume and squelch control so that operators can hear incoming signals. A 10-segment LED bar-graph signal strength meter provides visual readout of the incoming signal strength.

The Mark VI is connected to the System 3505 Prism Lx™ by a 26- pin ribbon cable. Power for the Mark VI is provided by the System 3505. Antenna hookup is provided by BNC connectors on the rear of the receiver. Signals Received by the Mark VI are decoded and sent to the radio box interface card that is installed within the decoder.
