To be truly successful, our distributors must meet the following criteria:
- Digitize distributors must have integrity, familiarity with alarm monitoring technology, and established sales presence in niche alarm monitoring market
- Digitize distributors must have the ability to pro-actively create sales opportunities through established relationships with universities, military installations, municipalities or other niche market segments
- Digitize distributors must attend the System 3505 training seminar (held biannually) in order to represent our products successfully and/or support Digitize systems at a high level
- Digitize distributors must commit to additional training for the installation and use of new products as they are developed
- Digitize distributors must actively provide constructive feedback that Digitize may use to improve products and customer service
Digitize has developed strong and mutually beneficial relationships with its distributors. Our “Distributor Advisory Board”, which is comprised of Digitize management and leading distributors, meets annually. This Board provides invaluable customer feedback and provides a forum for the Board’s input on product development and sales strategy. Also discussed are success stories, areas for improvement and goals for the upcoming year.
