A significant portion of our growth has been generated by a network of distributors that have long been part of the “Digitize Family.” At the core of Digitize’s revised sales strategy are three overall objectives, which include enhancing existing distributor relationships, adding qualified distributors in selected geographies, and developing strategic partnerships with larger companies in the fire and security industry. This strategy has resulted in stronger business relationships with an expanding network of key distributors. In addition, a Strategic Alliance has been developed with SimplexGrinnell, which has generated substantial revenue and will continue to create mutually beneficial business opportunities.
The Digitize System 3505, the seventh generation of our alarm monitoring system, is our flagship head end product. Its versatility and reliability makes the System 3505--along with our recent innovations such as the Remote Annunciator, the Text-2-Cell Option and the newly introduced Mesh Data Network-- the preferred alarm monitoring system for our distributors and end users. The Digitize alarm monitoring system will continue to lead the fire industry for many years to come.
